White Wine Tinazzi Ca de Rocchi Pinot Grigio 2021. Drink it now. No need to decant. The Tinazzi company boasts a history of over fifty years and produces wines in Veneto and Puglia. The Venetian headquarters are located in Lazise, on Lake Garda, where a wide range of wines from highly suited territories are processed and bottled. The Apulian headquarters is located in the upper Salento and is an avant-garde structure, which uses modern techniques and focuses on the enhancement of Salento autochthonous wines. Gian Andrea Tinazzi is extremely dedicated to enhancing the soul of the territories through the use of native vines and in complete respect for tradition but in the continuous search for innovation, to produce wines as close to perfection as possible, meticulously taking care of the details. This delicious Pinot Grigio is made from carefully selected and manually harvested grapes from hilly vineyards in the Val D’Adige, one hundred and fifty meters above sea level. The best grapes are softly pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature. Refinement takes place in steel to preserve freshness and acidity. The wine shows beautiful greenish reflections that run through the straw color and pleasant notes of flowers and citrus fruits, as well as pineapple, peach, and green apple. In the mouth, it is fresh and elegant with delicate acidity and medium long aftertaste. An excellent Pinot Grigio, which makes a delicious aperitif and would go very well with spaghetti with clams, mussels or any seafood preparation.

White Wine Tony Bish Fat Sassy Chardonnay 2021. Found in the sweeping vista of Hawkes Bay, New Zealand’s oldest wine region, Tony Bish Wines create a wonderful range exclusively from Chardonnay. Tony is the only producer in the country to do so. He is obsessed with the grape, and as a self-proclaimed Chardonnista”, he has been innovating with it tirelessly for the last 30 years.
White Wine Tony Bish Golden Egg Chardonnay 2021. Tony Bish Wines was founded in 2013 by a man of the same name. The winery is located on New Zealand’s northern island, in the country’s oldest wine region, Hawkes Bay. Tony Bish is the unofficial king of New Zealand Chardonnay and has spent the last 30 years seeking innovative ways to express the Burgundy grape. He is also credited with bringing the first concrete egg-shaped barrels to New Zealand, which bore this beautiful Golden Egg Chardonnay. The innovative method of fermenting grapes in an egg-shaped container allows for more interaction between yeast and wine. The idea was formed in France in 2001, but Tony adopted it after visiting wineries in South America. The result is a silky, pure wine, replete with concentrated scents of stonefruit, citrus, cashew nut, and a hint of oatmeal cookies. It is a medium-bodied Chardonnay, filling and luscious in the mouth, with a touch of chalkiness. The palate is focused, with strong notes of lemon, pineapple, chamomile and brioche, supported by an edge of minerality. The Golden Egg Chardonnay is a natural pairing for white fish, creamy chicken or pumpkin/squash-based pasta dish.
